If you have one of these plans or no dental insurance at all, our in-house Dental Savers Plan covers cleanings, exams and X-rays for one annual fee starting at $399, plus savings on treatment.
CAN I USE MY PPO INSURANCE AT AN OUT-OF-NETWORK DENTIST?
Yes, in most cases. Most PPO dental plans include out-of-network benefits, so you can choose the dentist you prefer, like Smile Forever Atlanta, and still use your coverage. Benefit levels and reimbursement rates vary by plan, so check your plan details or call the number on your insurance card. For larger treatments, we offer flexible monthly financing through CareCredit, Sunbit and HFD, subject to credit approval. Patients without insurance can also join our in-house Dental Savers Plan for covered preventive care and savings on treatment at our Buckhead office.

Yes. Smile Forever Atlanta partners with CareCredit, Sunbit and HFD so you can spread the cost of your dental treatment into manageable monthly payments. Financing can be used for everything from fillings and crowns to implants and complete smile makeovers. Financing is subject to credit approval. WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE?
You can still get affordable, high-quality dental care at Smile Forever Atlanta. Our in-house Dental Savers Plan covers cleanings, exams and routine X-rays for one annual fee starting at $399. Members also save up to 30% on fillings and get $500 off implants and orthodontics. There are no deductibles or waiting periods, and you can also pay over time with CareCredit, Sunbit or HFD financing.
