The Dental Savers Plan costs $399 per year for Adult Care and $499 per year for Advanced Adult Care, which includes 3 to 4 cleanings. Each additional family member can join for $199 per year, and membership is conveniently auto-billed once a year.

IS THE DENTAL SAVERS PLAN THE SAME AS DENTAL INSURANCE?
No. The Dental Savers Plan is an in-house dental membership offered directly by Smile Forever Atlanta, not an insurance policy. Instead of monthly premiums, you pay one annual fee starting at $399 for covered preventive care and member savings on treatment. There are no deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, claim denials or pre-approvals, which makes it a simple, affordable option for patients without dental insurance in Atlanta.
CAN I USE THE PLAN IF I ALREADY HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE?
No. The Dental Savers Plan can't be combined with dental insurance or any other dental coverage. It's designed for patients without insurance who want affordable preventive care and savings on treatment. If you have a PPO dental plan, Smile Forever Atlanta welcomes most PPO insurance plans as an out-of-network provider, and our team can help you decide which option makes the most sense for you.
