DO YOU ACCEPT DENTAL INSURANCE?
Yes. We welcome most PPO insurance plans. We are an out-of-network provider and will help you understand and maximize any available out-of-network benefits. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. HMO and DHMO plans are not accepted. If you don't have insurance, our in-house Dental Savers Plan and flexible financing through CareCredit, Sunbit and HFD can help make your care affordable.
WHAT IS THE DENTAL SAVERS PLAN?
The Dental Savers Plan is Smile Forever Atlanta's in-house dental membership for patients without insurance. For one annual fee starting at $399, members get cleanings, exams, routine X-rays and an emergency exam covered at 100%. Members also save up to 30% on fillings and get $500 off implants and orthodontics. There are no deductibles, waiting periods or annual maximums, and benefits start the day you enroll.
CAN I ADD MY FAMILY TO THE DENTAL SAVERS PLAN?
Absolutely. Each additional family member can join the Dental Savers Plan for $199 per year, making it an affordable way to cover your whole household's preventive dental care in Atlanta.
